Service desk, from service request to training
Telecom-IT also offers intensive training courses so that you can manage your communication platform properly yourself. We can train you in sessions lasting half a day or a full day, in groups or individually, both hands-on or in bits/bytes terminology.

Service or software upgrade agreement?
Telecom-IT also offers you the possibility of choosing between four different types of agreement for ensuring your service and software upgrades run totally smoothly. Ask for information from the sales team or via the service desk!
